Information we collect

The hauling form on this website sends contact and project information to AAA Land Management through Service Autopilot, including your name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery locations, material, quantity and requested schedule. The service estimate form on this website also sends your contact details, property address, selected services and project description to AAA Land Management through Service Autopilot. Calculator dimensions and estimates remain in your browser unless you add them to a request and submit it.

Guided quote assistant

Our guided quote assistant answers common service questions and prepares an estimate request. It is an automated guide, not a live agent or a general-purpose AI chat service. Contact and project details entered in the assistant are kept in this browser tab for up to two hours so you can review and edit them. They are not sent to AAA Land Management until you review and submit the estimate form. Submitted details go to AAA Land Management through Service Autopilot and may be included in internal email notifications. You can clear the draft using the assistant’s “Clear this draft” control. The assistant does not automatically enroll you in text messages; the form’s separate SMS consent is optional.

How we use it

We use your information to review requests, contact you, discuss quotes, plan services and maintain inquiry records. The service estimate form and linked hauling request form offer an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. If you select it, your consent is recorded with your request in Service Autopilot and we may send automated texts about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling and follow-ups. Opening a form or using the calculator does not subscribe you to texts.

Service providers and sharing

Website hosting and messaging providers may process information needed to deliver these services on our behalf. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text-message preferences

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You may submit either request form without agreeing to texts. Message frequency varies. Access and retention

Requests submitted through Service Autopilot are handled through that service; this website does not store hauling submissions in its own lead database. We keep inquiries as needed to respond, manage business records and meet applicable obligations. Call 864-641-6201 to request access, corrections or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed and how people find our website. Google may process browser, device and website usage information and use analytics cookies. Website analytics do not provide us with the names of individual visitors. We do not send quote form answers, email addresses, phone numbers or SMS consent through our analytics setup.

Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account, and Google advertising cookies and identifiers may be used with analytics identifiers to build audiences and show ads to eligible past visitors. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and build eligible audiences for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use cookies and browser identifiers to match website visits with accounts on its services. The website does not initialize the Meta Pixel when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
